Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a GME Research Project Coordinator to manage scholarly activity timelines and assist in creating research documents onsite. You will work with physician investigators, residents, fellows, directors and the scholarly support team across multiple internal clients.

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills are required, with familiarity in statistical software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a research-related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in health services research environment.
• At least 1 year of project management experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with SPSS, STATA, R, Tableau or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarly activity pathways in GME and track project timelines.
• Assist in developing research-related documents and tools.
• Collaborate with physician investigators, residents, fellows and research directors.
• Deliver effective presentations and communicate across all levels.
• Ensure compliance with data access policies and use MS Office tools proficiently.
