Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service beneficial.
• Leadership roles (e.g., team lead) a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Operational Training: learn daily store operations and inventory management.
• Customer Service Excellence: provide outstanding service and a welcoming environment.
• Team Leadership: assist in hiring, training and supervising staff.
• Sales and Financial Performance: analyze reports and help meet sales targets.
• Merchandising and Promotions: plan and execute promotions to drive engagement.
• Compliance and Safety: follow policies and ensure safety standards.
• Inventory Control: manage stock levels and replenishment processes.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work with marketing and purchasing teams.
