Wendy's in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a committed General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee team performance, scheduling, and service standards to ensure quality experiences for every guest.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, solid customer service background, and a passion for training others to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest and customer service.
• Employee management experience preferred.
• Business and financial management experience a plus.
