Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks 2–3 GMs-in-Training to work directly with and be mentored by our Cofounder/CEO. You will tackle high-leverage problems while rotating through core functions to understand day-to-day challenges during a rapid growth phase.

Successful grads will eventually own P&L for a business line and accelerate their career trajectory. This role requires in-person work in our Palo Alto office for the initial 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work in-person in our Palo Alto office alongside our CEO and executive team for the first 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with and be mentored by our Cofounder/CEO on high-leverage problems.
• Gain exposure to every function at Jerry (product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, data) and learn to execute big-picture strategies.
• Potential to own P&L for a business line in the future and accelerate your career trajectory.
