Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking 2-3 GMs-in-Training to work directly with our Cofounder/CEO and tackle high-leverage problems as the company scales. Reporting to the CEO, you will rotate across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data, learning to execute strategy and drive growth.

A successful graduate will go on to own P&L for a business line and accelerate their career trajectory within a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work in-person in our Palo Alto office for the first 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Cofounder/CEO and be mentored by them.
• Be mentored while working on high-leverage problems during rapid growth.
• Learn across functions (product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, data) and execute big-picture strategies.
