Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as an automotive technician, with GM experience preferred.
• PA State Inspection and Emissions Licenses required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to engage in manufacturer-sponsored training.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing GM vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Perform precision repairs to dealership and GM standards.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics with state-of-the-art GM tools to identify issues.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and A/C as required.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and provide accurate time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with GM guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous records of repairs, maintenance and parts used.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Stay current with latest automotive technologies through ongoing education.
• Collaborate with technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality service.
