Qualifications

• Dealer-level experience as technician.
• Some post-secondary automotive training.

• Maintain manufacturers and dealership certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Keeps shop organized and maintains safety standards.
• Supports inventory stocking and general shop functions.
• Adheres to shop policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules.
