Coughlin Chillicothe GM is seeking an experienced full-time GM Automotive Technician/Mechanic with motivation to continue training and ASE certifications for a successful career.

Qualifications

• Automobile repair experience.
• Knowledge of methods, materials and tools in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Certified/senior technician with respective manufacturer preferred.
• Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
• Completed manufacturer training to perform warranty repairs/recalls on most vehicles, PDI's, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
