Job summary

Sunset Cadillac of Venice, part of Sunset Automotive Group, seeks skilled Automotive Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. GM dealership experience is preferred, but all automotive service experience will be considered.

Position Overview

We're seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technicians who take pride in quality work and want to continue learning and growing. GM dealership experience and certifications are preferred, but all automotive service experience will be considered.

Auto Service Technician Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose vehicle maintenance, mechanical, and drivability concerns

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

• Automotive service experience required
• Technical institute or formal training a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and verifiable work history
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to handle a variety of repair work
• Willingness to continue education and training
• ASE and/or GM certifications preferred, but not required
