About the General Merchandise Role

Our experts ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage across the store. They lead inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and food safety in our Food & Beverage sections. They also support fulfillment through pick, pack, and ship operations.

Key Skills and Experience

• Customer service fundamentals and a guest-first attitude
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting sales and operational goals

Typical Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests warmly and authentically
• Assess guest needs and provide assistance proactively
• Maintain product presentation, signage, and stock levels
• Support inbound, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Operate equipment safely and follow operational procedures
• Assist with guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Adhere to safety, ethical, and compliance standards
