ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signage for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, inventory management, process improvement, and teamwork. A typical day involves greeting guests, understanding their needs, maintaining store presentation, executing inbound and replenishment processes, and ensuring safety and compliance.
