ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Our team members are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product placement, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage across the store. The team also manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They enable efficient delivery through picking, packing, and shipping fulfillment.

The role offers opportunities to build skills such as guest service, understanding sales trends, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests authentically and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to assist and improve their shopping experience
• Maintaining knowledge of store tools, products, and services
• Ensuring the sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Following operational procedures and safety protocols
• Supporting guest services and maintaining compliance with laws and policies
• Performing other duties as needed based on business needs
