We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all general merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh, food-safe experience. We also handle fulfillment tasks like pick, pack, and ship to support guest needs.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically.
  • Observe body language and verbal cues to assist guests effectively.
  • Engage guests with questions to understand their needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and enhance guest experience.
  • Express gratitude to guests and acknowledge their patronage.
  • Maintain an organized, stocked, and accurately signed sales floor.
  • Prioritize and execute inbound, replenishment, and signage tasks as directed.
  • Follow operational procedures like planogram (POG) compliance, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  • Operate power equipment if certified and follow safety guidelines.
  • Support guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment, while maintaining compliance with laws and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
