Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, in-stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle pick, pack, and ship fulfillment to support guest needs.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests authentically and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Expressing gratitude to guests and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintaining organized and accurate sales floor signage, pricing, and stock levels
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Ensuring operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment if certified
• Following safety, ethical, and compliance policies
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment, adhering to legal requirements
• Performing other duties as needed
