State Street in Boston seeks a GlobalLink Client Implementation & Service Officer to partner with Client Acquisitions, Product Sales, Contract Administration and Support teams in onboarding GlobalLink clients.
You will develop standardized onboarding processes, drive data-driven improvements, analyze metrics, and manage day-to-day platform onboarding while collaborating with global teams to mitigate risk and improve client experience.
The Client Onboarding Function within Globallink is key to the success of the organization. This role acts as a partner to the Client Acquisitions, Product Sales, Contract Administration and Support Teams in the onboarding of GlobalLink clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring all elements of the onboarding process are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
