Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Global Workplace Design Director in the Santa Clara region. You will lead architectural, interior, furniture, and finishes across projects worldwide, ensuring a cohesive design language and alignment with NVIDIA’s culture and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design or architecture; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in corporate workplace development or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and Bluebeam.
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility, and safety across regions.
• Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive unified development standards across Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Finishes globally.
• Lead campus, tenant improvement, and datacenter office projects worldwide.
• Be the main creative voice across design disciplines for all projects.
• Lead workplace build experimentation and pilot programs; define success criteria.
• Support regional leaders with pre-lease studies and site visits.
• Mentor regional occupancy planners and facility managers on architectural decisions.
• Coordinate reviews of drawings to align with NVIDIA Workplace Guidelines.
• Manage external partners globally and shape creative intent and specs.
• Oversee global budget planning and prioritize value engineering on design and FF&E.
