As a design leader, you will drive unified development standards across Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Finishes worldwide and mentor regional teams on campus and datacenter projects.

Lead external partnerships, review design concepts, and steer budgeting while guiding the strategic vision for NVIDIA workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in interior design or architecture (required).
• 15+ years of professional experience in corporate workplace development.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and Bluebeam.
• Understanding of building codes, accessibility, and safety across regions.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive unified development standards across Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Finishes globally.
• Provide leadership in building solutions for Campus Projects, Tenant Improvement Projects, and Datacenter Office Projects worldwide.
• Serve as the lead creative voice across Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Finishes for all campus and datacenter projects.
• Lead workplace build experimentation strategy: identify trends, run pilots, define success criteria.
• Assist regional leaders on pre-lease studies and site studies; lead site visits globally.
• Provide strategic mentorship to occupancy planners and facility managers on architectural decisions.
• Coordinate review of drawings and design documentation for alignment with Workplace Guidelines.
• Coordinate budget planning and value engineering on design and FF&E.
