Ruder Finn seeks a Senior Workday Manager to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and global support of the Workday platform. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and regional leaders to ensure Workday aligns with priorities and delivers scalable solutions.

The role oversees administration, security, reporting, integrations, and roadmap planning, while guiding the India-based team to maintain service levels and continuous improvement across the global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Workday experience with governance and optimization.
• Experience leading global or offshore Workday teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and optimization of the Workday platform across global business functions.
• Mentor and direct the India-based Workday team to ensure high-quality support.
• Own Workday release management and system enhancements from discovery to post-launch.
