Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Automation Consultant to support a global NEXTGEN transformation program and Manhattan Active WMS platform. You will configure, implement, test, and support warehouse automation solutions, integrating WMS with WCS, WES, robotics, and material handling equipment across a global distribution network.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse automation and strong knowledge of WMS operations, APIs, middleware, SQL, and programming in Java, Groovy or Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation and WMS environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and hands-on experience with WMS-to-automation integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, SQL, Java, Groovy or Python.
• Experience supporting highly automated distribution environments within a 3PL or contract logistics organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS automation solutions across global distribution.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS, WCS, WES, robotics, and material handling systems.
• Develop reusable automation templates and deployment standards for the global warehouse network.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Execute FAT, SAT, SIT, UAT, go-live and stabilization activities for deployment.
