Job summary

V2X is seeking a Windows Computer Network Support Specialist to manage and support a dispersed Windows 10 Enterprise network, with a focus on Active Directory in a global environment. The role involves Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, server configuration, and collaboration across multiple sites.

The candidate should have DoD familiarity, certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Security+), and experience with VMware ESXi, SCCM, and PowerShell. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 3 years of relevant specialized experience or AA/AS plus 3 years plus a major cert plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• CCNA, MCSA, Security+ or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in VMware ESXi environments and Cisco networking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage configuration and operation of business systems.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows servers and global AD infrastructure.
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resources.
• Assist with installation, testing, and documentation of software and updates.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
