Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a growth-oriented Global Web Project Manager to scale and optimize our B2B web ecosystem across 30+ sites, markets and languages. You will own web performance and drive form submissions and lead generation KPIs while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You’ll translate data into action, manage end-to-end web projects, and contribute to marketing database growth through CRO and analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web management in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Job Description

We’re looking for a growth-oriented Global Web Project Manager to help us scale and optimize our B2B web ecosystem. Our setup includes more than 30 websites:

• One website per market

• Multiple product‑specific websites

• Multi‑language and multi‑market coordination

This is a high‑impact role where web is a core growth channel, directly contributing to marketing database growth and lead generation (MAL and MQL) initiatives across countries. The person in this role will not only manage projects — they will own web performance and be accountable for delivering web targets, especially form submissions and lead generation KPIs.
