Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Web Manager for the Digital team within Asset Management. You will govern the firm’s global websites, track performance, and lead sprints to enhance capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–7 years of progressive experience in digital, product management, or engineering. Responsibilities include coordinating across marketing, engineering, legal, and product, overseeing content lifecycles, and reporting KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of progressive experience in digital, product management or engineering, ideally in regulated industries.
• Proven track record of developing and/or managing digital platforms to meet business objectives.
• Exposure to design and development sprints including prioritization and resourcing.
• Outstanding project management capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and drive to elevate marketing standards.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Website Operations: Establish ongoing web reporting to track operational compliance and facilitate workstreams to address necessary fixes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bring together cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure delivery on timelines.
• Digital Development: Track development and launch of website capabilities from ideation through launch.
• Content Governance: Oversee publication and maintenance of web content and manage audits.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs for website health, user engagement, and lead acquisition.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to content, functionality, and compliance.
