Qualifications

• Preference in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.

Responsibilities

• Process basic activities related to team function.
• Review and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems.
• Maintain client contact and account setup at general level.
• Respond to client inquiries timely and professionally.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple processing teams.
• Handle confidential information with care.
• Prioritize time-sensitive transfer documentation and transfers.
• Log transfers and follow up with contra-brokers to ensure orders proceed.
