Job summary

PIMCO invites motivated undergraduates to join the 2027 Summer Internship in Global Wealth Management, Internal Sales, US. Located in Austin, TX, the program runs for 10 weeks, starting in early June through mid-August.

You will gain exposure to the firm’s processes, products, and culture, with hands-on project work and mentorship throughout the summer. You will also be developing in-demand skills, including sales, portfolio construction, market research, and the use of AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Able to begin full-time employment between Jan 2028 – Aug 2028.
• Enrolled during Fall 2027 semester (Aug 2027 – Dec 2027).
• GPA 3.2 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
• Business proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dynamic resource for the sales team while gaining exposure to the firm’s processes, products, and culture.
• Engage in project work focused on sales skills, portfolio construction, market research, and resource navigation.
• Build a foundation for understanding how PIMCO partners with financial advisor clients.
