Job summary

Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc is seeking a VP of People Operations to design, deliver, scale, and continuously improve the global employee service model, HR technology ecosystem, and people analytics capability. This role partners with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership to translate business priorities into practical operating models and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across HR ops, shared services, HR tech, and/or people analytics with global transformations.
• 8+ years of people leadership, managing managers and matrixed teams.
• Deep experience with Workday and related HR service delivery platforms.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior leaders and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and operating model for Global People Services, HR Technology, and People Analytics, aligning to priorities and employees' needs globally.
• Lead the global people services model with service delivery standards, case management, knowledge content, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Own the HR technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with HR, IT, and vendors, including Workday and related platforms.
• Lead the People Analytics capability, including data strategy, governance, dashboards, and insights for leaders.
• Define business requirements with HR Leadership, translate needs into operating systems and analytics solutions.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, investment decisions, and project execution across GPS, HR Tech, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and controls across employee data, security roles, and HR cycles.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent, Legal, and regional HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across shared services, systems administration, and analytics.
• Oversee annual planning, budgets, vendor contracts/SOWs, resource planning, and performance tracking.
