Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in media planning/strategy with progressive levels of responsibility
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience across all media types (omnichannel, brand/performance, national/local, shopper)
• Ability to balance day-to-day work with leadership responsibilities
• Exceptional communication skills and storytelling ability
• Ability to translate 1st and 3rd party data into viable strategic outputs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking with prompt solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy development and holistic planning to meet objectives
• Build and maintain client relationships as main contact across workstreams
• Ensure media recommendations are backed by data and insights
• Maintain knowledge of media and category landscapes for discussions and decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into tactical plans
• Provide vision, direction, and support across the team for growth and delivery
• Lead collaboration across functions and steer processes and POVs
