Job summary

TRG Screen is seeking a Senior Vice President, Legal to lead and support a broad range of legal initiatives across a dynamic global business. This high-impact role blends regulatory expertise with corporate governance, contract management, and risk oversight.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end legal support across commercial, regulatory, governance, and employment matters, shaping scalable legal frameworks for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial regulatory matters and corporate governance.
• Experience handling commercial contracts, software/SaaS engagements, and enterprise risk.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes legal work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal advisor to global business units.
• Draft and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, and project docs.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiating playbooks.
• Provide strategic counsel on governance, compliance, risk, and HR matters.
