Trinsic seeks a highly capable legal leader to join as a key member of the executive team. You will own the legal function, drive regulatory and contract strategy, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, and external counsel in a remote, fast-growth setting.

You will bring 5–7+ years of law practice, including in-house experience, with commercial contracts and GDPR/data protection, and you will guide cross-border compliance while balancing risk and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years practicing law with in-house experience.
• Strong experience with commercial contracts, GDPR/data protection, and international compliance.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive practical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; precise terminology.
• Experience with venture-backed startups is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Lead all customer MSA negotiations and partner agreements.
• Develop and maintain legal library of templates, briefs, and flow-downs.
• Manage data privacy/GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001 readiness, and cross-border matters.
• Establish risk management processes for subprocessors, disclosures, and vendor diligence.
• Support board meetings, fundraising events, and corporate governance.
