Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CIA certification required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading internal audit teams at large organizations with global scope.
• Strong knowledge of IIA Standards, COSO framework, SOX 404 and IT/cybersecurity audits.
• Excellent communication with Audit Committee and Board; strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global internal audit function and strategic planning.
• Develop risk-based annual audit plan and report to Audit Committee.
• Oversee SOX 404 program and coordination with external auditors.
• Drive data analytics, audit automation, and QAIP.
• Develop talent, budget, and resource allocation for the department.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and ERM for risk coverage across three lines of defense.
