Crown Bioscience is seeking a Global VP of In Vitro Scientific Operations to lead the company's worldwide in vitro programs across the US, APAC, and Europe, ensuring high-quality, decision-enabling data for oncology and immunology drug discovery.

You will unify platforms, standardize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional scientific groups to translate in vitro findings into integrated project delivery while strengthening client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology, pharmacology, molecular/cell biology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of oncology/immunology preclinical research with deep in vitro assay expertise.
• 7+ years of leadership experience across multiple global sites.
• Experience in CRO scientific operations and data delivery to clients.
• Extensive experience with in vitro assays, immune effector studies, co-culture and imaging platforms.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

• Lead global in vitro scientific operations across Crown’s sites.
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee study design support, resource planning, execution, QC, and timely delivery.
• Expand platforms with new technologies and translational assays.
• Engage clients as a senior scientific representative and support BD initiatives.
• Foster cross-site collaboration with PM, QA, and commercial teams.
• Mentor and develop talent, drive a high-performance culture.
• Oversee budgets, headcount, and capital equipment strategy.
