Job summary
HackerOne is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Deputy General Counsel to lead the global commercial legal function and own the privacy portfolio. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and guide revenue growth, international expansion, strategic partnerships, and AI-driven product innovation.

Qualifications
- UK/EU or US qualified lawyer with in-house leadership experience.
- Extensive experience negotiating complex cross-border enterprise agreements.
- Deep working knowledge of applicable privacy laws.
- Ability to partner with executive teams to enable revenue growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Shape global commercial legal strategy with the CLO and drive growth.
- Maintain enterprise-wide risk standards and escalation paths for speed and discipline.
- Advise on complex transactions including global enterprise agreements and public-sector opportunities.
- Lead the global privacy program and embed privacy by design into the platform and AI capabilities.
- Manage a multi-jurisdictional team and enable scalable legal operations.
