Job summary

Ada Infrastructure, part of the digital infrastructure platform of Ares Management, is seeking a seasoned leader to drive global operational excellence for its data center portfolio. The Director will define governance, standards, and processes to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable operations worldwide.

This role partners with regional teams and executive leadership to deliver performance metrics, continuous improvement, and readiness for growth in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of data center operations or mission-critical facilities experience.
• 5+ years leading global programs or governance.
• Proven ability to scale processes across regions.
• Experience with executive-level stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global operations governance framework.
• Develop standards, policies, and processes for scalable data center operations.
• Establish global performance metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Lead governance forums for decision making, risk management, resource planning, and performance management.
• Serve as executive owner for maintenance, incident, change, asset management, readiness, and vendor governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Partner with regional leaders to harmonize processes while respecting local needs.
