Responsibilities

• Create a daily recording schedule using bespoke software tools.
• Prepare video for production teams on time and in the correct format.
• Provide daily reports, handover documents and incident logs.
• Perform weekly hardware checks on video equipment.
• Utilize internal knowledge to optimize video production processes.
• Ensure all international offices can code both live and post productions.
• Communicate regularly to ensure high capture rates.
• Work weekends with a flexible schedule.
• QC the work of team members to ensure scheduling/source accuracy
