Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive global supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP APO, SAP IBP).
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global integrated supply planning across value streams aligning demand, production and inventory.
• Anticipate global supply and capacity challenges for proactive decision making.
• Balance global footprints to maximize flexibility, efficiency and responsiveness.
• Coordinate between global/regional planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Drive data-driven decisions using planning tools and IBP/APO systems.
• Measure performance: service levels, inventory turns, and working capital.
