Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an innovative UX Designer to help set direction for a strategic AWS initiative supporting a rapidly growing worldwide AWS Sales organization. You will obsess over delivering the best experience for customers and design for AI-enabled, scalable solutions.

You'll lead design thinking, create end-to-end flows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for design excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in design, HCI
• Portfolio with study plans, reports, personas
• Strong foundation in design thinking practices and usability principles
• Proficient with design software and AI tools
• Hands-on experience creating user flows, lo/high fidelity designs, and prototypes
• Familiarity with interaction design, agentic experience design and information architecture
• Knowledge of responsive design, design systems and grid principles

Responsibilities

• Provide designs for new and existing solutions from conception to execution across Technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management and stakeholders to align on problems and vision.
• Identify measures to capture health of the user experience and pursue improvements.
• Help scale design processes and raise the bar on design quality.
