Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Finance Manager for the TRICARE Overseas Program to lead end-to-end financial management, forecasting, and compliance across multiple countries and currencies. You will partner with program leadership and the CFO to drive profitability, cash flow, and KPI reporting in a complex government contracting environment.

The role requires expertise in FAR, CAS, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data, with experience in international operations and EACs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Program Finance, FP&A, or government contract finance.
• Experience with FAR, CAS, and government cost accounting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with program leadership and finance teams.
• Oversee P&L tracking across entities and locations.
• Lead Estimates at Completion development and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS and contract terms.
• Support bid pricing and contract modifications.
• Drive EBITDA and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with treasury on foreign exchange risk.
