SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Finance Manager to support a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at multiple overseas locations. This position is based in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Essential duties include managing program accounting, developing budgets, tracking ETC/EAC, monitoring costs, and ensuring accurate customer billing. Travel to overseas sites may be required; the role supports BOE/pricing and interfaces with corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with minimum 5 years in US Government contracts (or high school/vocational with 10 years in financial management positions and 6 years in accounting).
• Capable of applying accounting principles to track/analyze financial information and prepare weekly/monthly reports for customers.
• Experience monitoring financial adherence to customer requirements and budgets, developing/maintaining a CLIN database of all contract purchases.
• Experience reconciling/approving vendor invoices for payment and forecasting option year budgets.
• Knowledge to administer Level of Effort, Cost, and Firm Fixed Price type contracts.

Responsabilités

• Manage program accounting and act as the principal financial analyst for the Program Manager.
• Develop and manage program financial objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain monthly ETC and EAC for the program.
• Monitor costs and subcontractor/vendor financial performance and billing.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing to the customer.
• Support BOE and pricing/re-pricing requirements for the program.
• Interface with corporate finance team.
• Prepare reports.
