Job summary

Bank of America in Boston seeks a Treasury Sales professional to support the Middle Market Team in expanding revenue domestically and internationally. You will work with internal partners to plan and research prospects, manage client plans, and ensure accurate pricing and data across systems.

The role requires strong client relationships, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with AML, product, and support teams. Travel up to 5% may be required.

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience
• Travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers on the Middle Market Team, developing revenue growth strategies
• Coordinates research for industry, prospect, and client to support pre-call planning
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems (deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, pricing)
• Produces and supports client and portfolio level profitability and revenue analysis
• Partners with AML/onboarding to facilitate client readiness and KYC for new entities
• Assists CMP coordination including client planning, calling, meetings, revenue tracking
• Conducts industry/client research to develop proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Completes price and cost benefit models for pricing strategies with non-standard pricing
• Partners with Product Specialists to grow revenue and deepen relationships
• Supports client onboarding and training during implementation
• Ensures accuracy of sales data including channels and profitability reporting
• Participates in in-person calling and direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers
• Ensures escalated service issues are properly managed with resources
• Prepares analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
• Completes card agreements and gathers documentation for implementation
