Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to lead global liquidity, cash management, and capital markets activities for a public company with a multinational footprint. You will shape strategy, oversee treasury operations, and drive process improvements across regions.

The role partners with the CFO and senior leadership to optimize debt, working capital, hedging, insurance, and enterprise risk programs, while ensuring SEC disclosures, board reporting, and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance, treasury, capital markets, banking, corporate risk, or related experience.
• Experience leading treasury in a public company, large multinational organization, or complex corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of debt instruments, derivatives, FX exposures, and insurance programs.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or other relevant advanced degree/certification.
• Experience supporting SEC reporting, audit processes, internal controls, and public company disclosure requirements.
• Experience managing relationships with banks, lenders, credit rating agencies, brokers, auditors, and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global treasury function, establishing the vision, strategy, governance, and operating model to support the company’s global business objectives.
• Oversee global cash management, liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, and intercompany funding strategies.
• Develop and execute capital structure strategies aligned with growth plans, leverage targets, liquidity needs, and shareholder value.
• Develop and lead the company’s hedging strategy to mitigate financial exposures including FX, interest rate, and commodity risks.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners, lenders, rating agencies, and other external financial institutions; lead rating agency engagement.
• Support SEC reporting, disclosure, and public company compliance related to treasury, debt, liquidity, risk, derivatives, insurance, and capital structure.
