Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to join the global treasury team in the New York region. The role reports to the Treasury Director and collaborates with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payables and Receivables, and Audit.

You will monitor cash position, develop forecasts, manage liquidity, and lead treasury operations within a SOX compliant framework. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of cash management experience, a finance degree, and a Certified Treasury Professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional Certification required.
• 5–8 years of cash management experience in corporate or banking.
• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills.
• Self-starter with ability to execute projects.
• Able to learn new Treasury areas quickly.
• Global business experience a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and TMS; FX platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash position and ensure liquidity for operations.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Implement automation tools for forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee daily treasury operations and bank accounts.
• Manage inter-company netting, lending, dividends, capital injections.
• Oversee FX hedging programs and settlements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and treasury internal controls.
• Support audits and mentor treasury staff.
