Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the global Treasury team. The role covers cash management, reporting, cash analytics, forecasting and planning across 32 countries, with opportunities to influence processes and drive improvements.

You will build models, dashboards and insights using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, participate in intercompany settlements and bank operations, and gain exposure to M&A support and treasury technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-year college/university degree required (major in Business, Finance).
• Recent graduate with first exposure (1–3 years).
• Operational Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.

Responsibilities

• Compile daily cash data to support cash positioning across 32 countries.
• Extract and analyze Treasury data; build models, charts, and dashboards.
• Perform cash forecasts and 13-week planning; document assumptions.
• Support banking access management and resolve payment issues.
• Participate in special projects including M&A support and process improvements.
