The Role

The Global Treasury Manager is a key member of the Corporate Treasury Team. Responsibilities include overseeing debt capital markets, foreign exchange, compliance, strategy, and execution related to debt maturities, financing for acquisitions, and capital structure management. The role involves collaboration with internal teams (tax, legal, accounting, M&A) and external partners (banks, rating agencies, treasury service providers). The manager will support treasury operations, capital allocation, board materials, WACC analysis, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capital structure planning and execution across global subsidiaries.
• Manage debt maturities and oversee debt administration activities.
• Prepare board materials and manage lender relationships.
• Develop forecasts for interest expenses and cash flow.
• Collaborate on treasury-related assumptions for budgeting and planning.
• Produce reports on debt activity and compliance schedules.
• Perform ad hoc treasury analyses and manage foreign exchange risk programs.
• Support treasury operations and develop policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate treasury; FP&A experience is a plus.
• Experience with debt capital markets and capital market transactions.
• Bachelor’s in finance or related; Master’s and CFA preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, financial modeling, and treasury software.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with initiative and strategic thinking capabilities.

Location & Compensation

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, requiring 4 days on-site. The salary range is $120,000 - $155,000 annually, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus. Actual salary depends on experience and other factors.
