The Global Treasury Manager is a key member of the Corporate Treasury Team. Responsibilities include overseeing debt capital markets, foreign exchange, compliance, strategy, and execution related to debt maturities, financing for acquisitions, and capital structure management. The role involves collaboration with internal teams (tax, legal, accounting, M&A) and external partners (banks, rating agencies, treasury service providers). The manager will support treasury operations, capital allocation, board materials, WACC analysis, and ad hoc projects.
