Job summary

Wahl is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to own daily liquidity and optimize global cash flows across banks and legal entities. You will drive funding decisions, cash pooling, and forecasting in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and regional teams to improve forecast accuracy and controls, maintain KYC compliance, and lead system upgrades with IT for improved automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in treasury in a global multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Experience with global cash management, forecasting, and bank account administration.

Responsibilities

• Own daily global cash position across banks, currencies, and entities.
• Execute liquidity actions to optimize availability and repatriate funds to the US.
• Coordinate short-term liquidity actions (revolver draws, repayments, cash sweeps).
• Partner with global AP/AR on payment timing and disbursement optimization.
• Maintain 13-week rolling cash forecast and annual forecast with FP&A collaboration.
• Prepare forecast variance analysis to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain monthly treasury KPI dashboard, weekly cash balances, WAPT, and WAPD.
• Lead global cash pool implementation across entities and currencies.
• Evaluate banking structures for efficiency and controls.
• Maintain bank documentation for KYC and signatories; ensure audit readiness.
• Create and maintain a global bank account database and policy documentation.
• Oversee banking systems access, policies, and liaison for transfers/APIs.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades and new implementations.
