Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC in Irving, Texas is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Global Operations to optimize short‑term debt, internal funding and investments using the Treasury Management System and SAP/HFM data.

You will gather and report global cash metrics, assist affiliates with bank accounts, and support repatriation efforts across countries while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls. A bachelor’s degree with 8 years of multinational experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in economics, management, or a related field and 8 years of experience with multinational companies or matrix organizations.
• Must have 5 years of experience in international cash management, forecasting, or internal controls including regulatory complexities outside the U.S.
• Must have 4 years of experience in accounting/finance/economics/taxation including cash flow/financial statement analysis and using Treasury Management Systems (Quantum).
• Must have 2 years of experience opening and closing corporate bank accounts.
• Must have 1 year of experience working with corporate risk management teams or insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering, analysis and reporting of global metrics such as bank fees and cash balances on a monthly basis.
• Assist affiliates in managing bank accounts and ensure e-BAM reflects current status.
• Support leadership with analysis for special projects and presentations.
• Coordinate cash repatriation in a tax‑efficient manner across countries considering regulatory limitations.
• Provide backup to U.S. Daily Cash Management Operations and lead internal control reviews.
