The role involves credit, collections, insurance administration, and documentation, with collaboration across Shared Service Center and Legal teams. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

You will support investment reporting, SOX documentation, and ad‑hoc projects in a fast‑paced environment, reporting to the Sr Treasury Manager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• 2–4 years of Treasury/Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Banking: administer worldwide bank accounts and signatories; review bank fees; manage company credit card program; oversee online banking portals.
• Credit: analyze data, assess credit risk, approve within thresholds, communicate with customers and banks; process Letters of Credit.
• Insurance: manage company insurance program; handle COI and renewal distribution; coordinate claims with brokers.
• Collections: drive to close past‑due items and meet cash collection goals across time zones.
