Job summary

Safran S.A. is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Irvine, CA to oversee the company’s global treasury function, including liquidity strategy, cash forecasting, and risk management.

You will partner with controllers and the CFO to monitor cash reporting, optimize working capital, and manage risks tied to global operations. In a ~$400M aerospace organization, this hands-on role supports production schedules, government contract cash flows, and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management in a multi-site environment.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Experience with treasury systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead 13-week cash forecast and long-range planning.
• Optimize global cash positioning and working capital.
• Align treasury strategy with production schedules and contract cash flows.
• Monitor global exposure risks.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain treasury controls and documentation.
• Own treasury systems and reporting dashboards.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Monthly Cash ROFO analysis with risk and opportunities.
• Participation in Budget and PMT in relation to cash.
• Working with CFO for treasury reporting.
• Bank reconciliation accuracy in line with SAP GL.
