Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to join the Global Treasury Support team in the North American region. You will assist with bank portal administration, payment processing, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination with banks, BPO partners, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, timely response to ad hoc requests, and support for SOX and audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required.
• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance or treasury services.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day treasury operations, including bank portal administration and account maintenance.
• Manage bank access, entitlements, signers, and recertifications.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for treasury staff and related bank access changes.
• Process payment activities such as direct debits, wire drawdowns, and manual payments in SAP and bank portals.
• Collaborate with BPO teams and banks to transition activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as SME for Letters of Instruction and other bank account management activities.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support SOX/audit documentation and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, dashboards, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
• Support Latin America treasury activities and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
