Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation (CTP/CFA/CPA/FRM) preferred or in progress.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking in treasury or consulting.
• Experience with treasury transformation, risk management, cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and manage client expectations.
• Excellent sales, influencing skills and ability to present to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member, including planning, budgeting and client relationship management.
• Oversee proposals and pursuit activities; support business development and practice development.
• Maintain strong client focus and foster productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to set risk-aware strategies and manage expectations.
• Build networks across services to deliver integrated solutions and expand market share.
• Support development of data analytics capabilities using treasury tech and insights.
