Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Treasury Manager to lead complex treasury engagements and drive growth within our Global Treasury Advisory Services. You will manage projects, coach staff, and deliver client-focused financial solutions across markets.

You will mentor teams, develop proposals, and collaborate with partners to expand our treasury and corporate finance offerings while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Experience in global treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury, risk, cash flow forecasting and analytics.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues; strong client facing skills.
• Excellent sales and influencing abilities; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements with project planning, budgets and client relations.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to address risks and manage expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics and emerging technology to deliver insights.
