Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience; retail/wholesale preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, P&L management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/Hyperion experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; prior leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Travel Retail FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own P&L management and financial performance analysis with insights.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and executive reviews.
• Provide financial leadership for new business development and initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Planning, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate.
• Analyze profitability by partner/location/region to drive improvements.
• Drive FP&A process improvements for accuracy and visibility.
• Lead and develop FP&A talent within a high-performing team.
